These files belong to disk ONE of the "Complete Video Test System".
All of these tests can be run in monochrome, with the COLOR control
of the TV or monitor used in the test turned down. If you have an
AMIGA 500 or 2000, you may use the monochrome video output of your
computer in lieu of buying an NTSC genlock or encoder for these tests.
Disk TWO, also part of this distribution, contains the tests that
must be run in color, from a suitable genlock or encoder. A video
camera resolution chart, which can be printed, is also included on
disk two.
You will need an IFF animation utility to display the CVTS tests.
Anything that will display an IFF still and animation (properly centered!)
in maximum overscan will do. If you're looking for such a utility, I
highly recommend Thomas Krehbiel's VIEWTEK. It's freely distributable,
and is probably available wherever you got CVTS from.
